Miami Valley River projects

Mr. O'Connor is the Chief Engineer for the Miami Valley Conservancy District and repsonsible for all river projects including those designed to prevent flooding and those intended to promote recreation on the river. He will update us on recent projects along the river and projects to be completed in the near future. He will explain how removal of the low dams has increases recreation activities but, how their removal has not increases the likelihood of future flooding.
