The Miamisburg Rotary Club will hold its 32nd Annual Esther Philhower Charity Auction on Saturday, 29 April 2023 at the Baum Opera House. Doors open at 6:00pm with a happy hour, dinner at 7:00pm, live auction to follow. Tickets are $35.00 per person. Every Rotarian is to purchase two (tickets were not include in the "pay for everything" price at the start of the year. Each ticket makes you eligile for the $500 Grand Prize (do not have to be present to win).
Winning bidders can allocate their bids to be donated to The Rotary Foundation (Polio Plus or Annual Fund), or to the Miamisburg Rotary Charitable Trust Fund. You may donate the full amount to one fund or you can split your donations or leave it to be allocated as needed.
The Miamisburg Rotary Charitable Trust Fund: Our Charitable Trust is organized as a part of, and is managed by the Dayton Foundation. The Charitable Trust provides donations and grants to qualified, 501(c)(3) organizations approved by the Miamisburg Rotary Club Board of Officers and Directors.

Donors to the Rotary Foundation are credited for their contributions and may be recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow when their cumulative donations exceed $1,000.00.
Bidders will be requested to complete an information card to ensure proper allocation of their bids, delivery of receipts and recognition for their purchases. Payments by winning bidders are due the night of the auction and may be made by cash, check or credit card. Credit card purchases will incur an additional fee (less than 4%) to cover the charges incurred by the processing service.
The Miamisburg Rotary Club was Chartered in 1922 and has continually built on a strong tradition of serving our community. We have supported numerous local organizations and efforts with funding and volunteer service, in addition to supporting the aims of Rotary International.
The Rotary Club of Miamisburg meets every Wednesday at 12 noon at the Baum Opera House. Club members enjoy lunch, fellowship, and a speaker at each meeting.
We currently have 71 members of the Miamisburg Rotary Club who live and / or work in the Miamisburg area.

Shoes 4 the Shoeless, Inc. is a non-profit that provides new, correctly fitting gym shoes and socks to Southwest Ohio children in desperate need. Through a uniquely efficient and effective system, we help children eliminate one of poverty’s most visible stigmas. In Southwest Ohio, an estimated 60% of children live in poverty. The majority of them are in desperate need of shoes and socks. Wearing ill-fitting and worn shoes often condemns children to physical, social and emotional problems that last a lifetime. Shoes 4 the Shoeless began in 2010 and has helped well over 100,000 children. |
