🎤 Speaker Information for Presenters

Thank you for speaking at the Miamisburg Rotary Club! We’re excited to welcome you and want your presentation to go smoothly. Below are a few helpful details to make your visit and presentation seamless:

💻 Presentation Setup

We provide the following A/V equipment:

• Projector: Epson EX7240
• Native Resolution: 1280 × 800 (WXGA)
• Connection Type: HDMI
• Audio Output: Basic audio supported through HDMI

Please bring:

• Your own laptop, with the appropriate HDMI adapter (USB-C to HDMI, Mini DisplayPort to HDMI, etc.)
• A backup copy of your presentation:
  • On a USB thumb drive
  • Or emailed in advance to communications@miamisburgrotary.org
• If your presentation includes videos:
  • Please include the video files along with your presentation
  • Or provide direct links to the videos online (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)

We recommend using PC-compatible formats such as PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, or MP4 video.

⚠️ Important Notes

• You should plan to run your presentation from your own device.
• In emergencies only, we can run your slide deck from our computer — but we strongly prefer not to.
• If you’re emailing your file, please do so at least 24 hours before your presentation.

📽️ Livestream Integration

We livestream many of our meetings. Sending your slides and any videos in advance allows us to better sync visuals with your live presentation.

🌐 Wi-Fi Access

Wi-Fi is available for presenters and guests.
